Decent Movies/Runner-Ups

I’ve got mixed feelings about these movies, but overall I do think that they are pretty decent. I would say that they are worth watching to some degree just don't expect too much. “One & Done” tagged films are a good watch the first time you see them but in my opinion they aren’t as interesting the second time around. I re-watch these every now and then so some of them might get upgraded to my one of my Tier 1-3 lists.
